Instructions:

1. The applicant has to submit the print out of online application with attested copies of all supporting documents & depositor’s copy of bank challan of fees paid. All the mentioned documents (print of online application form, attested copies of supporting documents & depositor’s copy of bank challan) should reach I/c Registrar, GTU, Chandkheda, Ahmedabad – 382424 on or before 25/05/2018 by Registered /Speed post.
2. In case you have failed to upload the photo/sign image then affix the photo & sign on the printed copy of online application.
